Oversees the department's manuscript editorial functions; supervises
a pool of freelance copyeditors, proofreaders, and indexers; and
manages the production of new book projects from raw manuscript
to bound books.

Production Coordinator/Designer
Oversees the design for jackets/covers and book interiors. Responsible for pre-press design and production handled in house. Manages the reprint, POD and archival programs.
