Mission Statement
In 1994, The Faculty Senate along with other employee groups requested that the University explore the feasibility of a broader based campaign which would include additional umbrella organizations. With the help of the Center for Responsible Funding, the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania and a number of our employees, The Temple Way Workplace Campaign was able to accommodate their request.
This charitable fundraising campaign includes seven umbrella organizations and four Temple University student, health and community fundraising units. We have formed partnerships with these organizations to serve a diversity of needs throughout the Philadelphia region.
As a donor, you have the opportunity to designate your contribution to these organizations or more specifically direct your contribution to other member agencies within the Temple Way Campaign family. The Partners along with their website links are listed below:

New vs. Old
Starting this year, United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania is managing the Temple Way Workplace Campaign. All in-house procedures and forms remain the same except the Donor Pledge Card.
Donor Pledge Form
The new Donor Pledge Form has been issued by United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. It is being used instead of the old Donor Pledge Card of past years. It consists of three (3) parts: White Copy (United Way); Yellow Copy (Employer / Temple Way Coordinator) and Blue Copy (Donor).
Where is the booklet ?
No booklet this year. The Agency Listing and The Temple Way Partners Listing is the same as the old booklet. If you can not find the agency you wish to contribute to, go to the United Way website at www.uwsepa.org Here you can find a complete listing of agencies.
Do I use my Social Security number or my employee identification number?
Instead of your Social Security number, place your new employee ID number.
What if I don't have enough room for my designated agencies?
Use a separate sheet of paper and attach it to the Donor Pledge Form.
If I don't have a department campaign representative, what should I do?
Send your Donor Pledge Form in the same envelope you received it to the address on the envelope. For your convenience, the address is:
