New online registration and payment system debuts for Temple non-credit programs

Students taking non-credit courses at Temple campuses in Ambler, Fort Washington and Center City are now able to register and pay for courses online through the Temple Web site.
Each year, several thousand students take non-credit courses in cooking, dance, exercise, foreign languages, interior design, meeting planning and professional development at these three Temple campuses.

The new online system, effective April 1, links credit card payments into the TUPay system already in use for credit course payment. Through the use of the existing non-credit Web site, students will be able to print out the titles and courses for which they have registered.
Other non-credit programs offered at Temple, including the Real Estate Institute, are expected to use this system in the future.

“With the integration of our student data management system, TUpay and the Temple Web site, this system provides a potential platform for other non-credit and continuing education programs offered by schools and colleges at Temple,” said William Parshall, director of Temple University Center City.

Registration is currently open for May–August non-credit courses. Access the new non-credit system at www.temple.edu/tucc (Center City classes) and www.ambler.temple.edu (Ambler/Fort Washington classes).
