In the event of a LOST or STOLEN Temple University ID Card, the individual should contact either The Diamond Dollars Office at 215-204-3140
(Monday-Friday, 8:30-5) or Campus Safety Services at 215-204-1234 at all other times. Campus Safety Services has the ability to cancel a card 24 hours a day.
To obtain a replacement card, students should contact the Diamond Dollars Office and staff should contact Human Resources. To reactivate a suspended card, students and staff must contact the Diamond Dollars Office.
