Some 7,296 students — the biggest and most academically talented graduating class in recent history — were eligible to march down the aisle and receive their degrees at Temple’s 119th Commencement ceremony last Thursday.
President David Adamany presided at the exercises — his final Commencement as president before his June 30 retirement.
Provost Ira Schwartz delivered the “Salute to the Graduates,” highlighting the achievements of outstanding
members of the graduating class.
