Presentations

T.L. Hill, faculty manager of Enterprise Management Consulting, and Chris Pavlides, executive director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute at The Fox School of Business, spoke at the monthly meeting of the Loosely Organized Retired Executives Angel Investor Network at the Innovation Lab on Feb. 8. Hill and Pavlides outlined The Fox School’s various entrepreneurial initiatives and programs including EMC, which provides real-world experiences for M.B.A. students, and Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures, a business accelerator for science and technology startups. They also explored the possibility of collaborating to house an angel network at The Fox School.

Michael P. McNeil, coordinator of the Temple Health Empowerment Office, recently gave several presentations: “Street Smart: Predatory Drugs” at Peer Educator Training for Villanova University; keynote presentation “The Circle of Leadership” and featured session “But Occifer, I’m Not As Think As You Drunk I Am” at the Bacchus Network Area 6 Regional Conference in Tyler, Texas; and “The Circle of Leadership,” a featured presentation at Leadership Academy, University of Texas–Pan American, in Edinburgh, Texas.
