Daniel Fesenmaier, a professor in the School of Tourism and Management and director for the National Laboratory for Tourism and e-Commerce, received a $35,000 project grant from Madden Preprint, which he will use to measure the impact of tourism advertising programs conducted by Madden Preprint for clients throughout the country.

Rajiv Banker, Merves Chair in Accounting and Information Technology at The Fox School of Business and Management, had his 1992 article “Estimation of Returns to Scale Using Data Envelopment Analysis” selected among the 30 most influential articles in the European Journal of Operational Research as part as its 30th-anniversary celebration.

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute’s Mid-Atlantic Diamond Ventures Program, a business accelerator for science and technology startups, hosted its first venture forum on Feb. 10 at Rutgers University’s Camden campus. More than 60 investors, entrepreneurs and service providers attended.
