Fulbright Grant Information Guide

Submitting Your Application

The Application and Essays

The application deadline is Monday, September 28, 2009. Once you have completed your application, please print out a copy and sign the application, and submit to International Programs, not later than 4 p.m. on September 28th, along with all supporting documents. Please note, however, that you should not formally submit your application to the on-line system until after your interview with the campus Fulbright committee.

Language Report, References and Transcripts

When you request your transcripts, please note that these must  be handed to you in sealed envelopes, with signatures of the registrar across the sealed back flap. Do not open the envelopes. Submit the sealed envelopes to International Programs with the rest of your application. References and language reports must be completed on line.

Letters of Support

Any letters of support from abroad should be submitted with your application. Attach the letters behind your proposal (page 6). Letters of support may come directly to me or be sent to you. They may be received by mail or by fax. If you receive a letter by e-mail, you may submit this with your application on September 28th, but we recommend that you ask that a follow-up letter be faxed or mailed on institutional letterhead, and sent in time to be received in International Programs not later than October 14th.
