Where are you from? Mount Cobb, PA
Where did you go to school and what did you study? I went to the University of Scranton. Having been a foreign exchange student in Finland during my senior year of high school, I stayed close to home for college but decided to major in International Relations. I returned to Finland for my study abroad experience during my Junior year. I also completed an internship in the Political and Economic Sections of the US Embassy in Stockholm, Sweden for academic credit during the Fall semester of my Senior year.
What countries have you visited? Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Russia, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Monaco, Italy, Austria, England, Canada
What is your most memorable abroad experience? I would have to say my most memorable experience is the impact my experience left on me. I would have never known, when I signed up to be a Rotary foreign exchange student at the age of 16 that I would find myself where I am today. Coming from a rural town in Pennsylvania, my world suddenly became limitless, with an infinite amount of possibilities.
What are your personal interests? Health and fitness, traveling, good food and good wine, Flyers hockey
What is your favorite part of working in Eduction Abroad? Since my experience was so transformative, my favorite part of working in Education Abroad is facilitating those kinds of experiences for college students.
