• 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. - vendors arrive
• 9:45 a.m. - Boom Boom Choir congregates for prep and kick-off
• 10:00 a.m. - Start of ceremony (opening remarks, reading of Proclamation, choir performs)
• 10:30 a.m. - Break off into zones and start of workshop lectures
• noon to 1:00 p.m. - lunch for registered guests
• 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. - workshop lectures continue
