What were things you did on a day-to-day basis? I worked on different projects on different days. There was no typical day.

What were some of your responsibilities? Created Workload Report, developed review procedures for correspondence inquiry system, compiled a tracking system of news sources related with the agency.

What was your favorite part of the internship? I had chances to do video conference with all other regions’ student interns for course training and interview with senior executives.

What were some of your expectations going into the internship? Applying the learned theory to actual works, gain more real life experience.

Did the internship meet your expectations? Yes.

What was your first day like? It was a busy day. I was introduced to about thirty employees there I couldn’t remember all of their names at once. I went through the administrative application process and computer security training.

What about your last day? It was a meaningful day. The branch where I worked arranged a surprised appreciation event for me. There were cake, card, gift ...People attended include the whole branch employees, branch manager, and division manager.

Do you still keep in contact with people you worked with? Yes.
