President
Current Officer/Contact Person: Jonathan Reiter, jonathan.reiter@temple.edu
The Presidents main responsibilities are to put together the calendar, ensure everything internally is operating smoothly, and delegate responsibilities to other officers. You must maintain great relationships with all firms, employers, CSPD, Temple faculty, BAP alumni, and BAP nationals. This requires constant communication with them and keeping them involved (invite them to events, send emails updating them on what is happening with BAP, ect). Maintaining good relationships with employers is perhaps the most important thing a president can do. It is also important to delegate responsibilities and stay up-to-date with what all officers are doing; making sure everything that needs to get done is getting done is crucial for maintaining the calendar. It is also our role to create opportunities for our candidates and members to network and participate on every level possible- this is the reason people join BAP, and therefore is our job to ensure we follow through with our mission. This is done by setting up weekly meetings, mock interviews, office tours, ect; any opportunity for a candidate or member to network with an employer must be taken advantage of.

Candidate Coordinator
Current Officer/Contact Person: Christina Kowal, christina.kowal@temple.edu
The Candidate Coordinator has several key responsibilities relating to the candidate process as well as maintaining membership. This position requires involvement in the recruiting process, which starts at the beginning of each semester by going to accounting classes and giving a brief PowerPoint presentation on BAP. To complete the recruiting process, the Candidate Coordinator must hold a detailed information session for all prospective candidates. This will allow them to gain a much better understanding of the membership requirements as well as the benefits of joining this great organization. Once the recruiting process is over, the Candidate Coordinator basically works with the new candidates each semester to help them reach the required goals for community service hours, point accumulation, mock interview attendance, etc. This requires a great deal of secretarial skills since everything must be recorded timely in an excel spreadsheet and sent out periodically to the candidates as a progress update. In addition, a separate worksheet is maintained for all current members to update them on their progress towards distinguished membership. Sign-in-sheets should also be prepared and distributed at all events (meetings, community service events, basketball/volleyball tournaments, CPA reviews, office torus, etc) to ensure attendance is recorded for each event.
