New Membership Requirements

***Students are considered a pledge until completion of requirements!***

Requirments:

1. Submit a membership application form, which can be found on this page. Submit form to Alicia Iezzi, the secretary of APS.

2. Pay an annual membership fee of $35. Checks may be made payable to APS and submitted to Dr. Lipka. Please DO NOT leave payment at the office unattended!

8 points Attend 8 APS meetings
2 points Attend 1 fundraising event
2 points Attend 1 social event
2 points Attend one charitable event
3 points CSPD workshops
17 points Total
        Additional Points
1 point Each APS meeting
1 point Ask question at meeting
1 point Bring pizza to meeting
2 points Each additional event
3 points Bring new member
