In recognition of the important link between leadership and academics, the Leadership Studies Academy allows students from across disciplines to take courses based in their areas of interest while earning leadership diamond points. Students can pick their own courses or survey a sampling of highlighted courses by clicking on the link below.

How do I cash in my Academy points?
Point allocation (0-15) per course (limited to 2 courses) is determined during a meeting with an "Academy Coach" at the completion of each semester. Candidates will discuss how a particular course, or set of courses, links to certain skills, values, and ideas relevant to leadership, and will be responsible for submitting a brief essay.
To cash in points for the current semester follow the steps below:
- Refer to the Procedure for Leadership Academy Submissions document.
- Email one of the coaches listed below and set up a meeting..

- Review the Leadership Academy Synopsis and Interview Guide.
- Submit essay to your Academy coach.
*Diamond Points will only be awarded for courses completed during the current academic year (including Summer sessions).
