The LeaderShape Institute
The LeaderShape Institute is an interactive, energizing and unique experience that builds leadership skills. The curriculum incorporates current leadership issues and focuses on “take-home application” through a comprehensive and powerful LeaderShape Project, which helps students understand how to "lead with integrity." Throughout the six days, each participant has an opportunity to engage in reflection, planning, one-on-one interactions, small group feedback, and large group engaging learning. This is an experience that is sure to change students’ lives forever! The 2009 LeaderShape Institute will occur May 16-21, 2009 at Tuscarora Inn and Conference Center in Mount Bethel PA.
