Experiential Leadership Activities

Experiential Leadership Activities

The Experiential Leadership component of The Leadership Challenge recognizes that students are already involved in leadership roles throughout the University and their Community. This component allows you, the student, to garner Diamond Points for current leadership roles that you are currently involved in. Having a passion for what you currently do is a valuable element of growth in becoming a leader and The Leadership Challenge would like to recognize your good work.

In order to receive Diamond Points for your Experiential Leadership component you must meet with an Experiential Leadership Coach. The coach will conduct a face to face interview to determine the amount of points that you qualify for under the Experiential Leadership point allocation system. In order to meet with a coach:

*Diamond Points will only be awarded for experiences that were completed during the current academic year (including Summer sessions).
