Are you trying to control your weight?
The Temple University Onward to Weight Loss Success program can help. We offer a group that addresses nutrition, weight loss, lifestyle change and goal setting. The program requires participation in 11 weekly group sessions during the semester. All sessions will take place at Student Health Services at Temple University. Starting this group can give you the skills to control your weight and adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The program is FREE for Temple students. Pre-registration is required. Participation is limited, and sign-up is first-come first serve.
