The Login Page should open up within 30 seconds. If you experience problems please try the following:
*Any browser setting that restricts cookie use will prevent the site from loading.
We recommend using Internet Explorer. Please make sure that all of the security protocols are checked off in:
Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced scroll towards the bottom under "Security" (make sure there is a check mark next to Use SSL2.0, Use SSL 3.0, Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, Use TLS 1.2).
Then close Internet Explorer and re-open so that the new settings take affect.

Make sure your Privacy Settings are on Medium:
