If you have a login issue, please try:

The Login Page should open up within 30 seconds. If you experience problems please try the following:

Browser Issues

*Any browser setting that restricts cookie use will prevent the site from loading.

We recommend using Internet Explorer. Please make sure that all of the security protocols are checked off in:

Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced scroll towards the bottom under "Security" (make sure there is a check mark next to Use SSL2.0, Use SSL 3.0, Use TLS 1.0, Use TLS 1.1, Use TLS 1.2).

Then close Internet Explorer and re-open so that the new settings take affect.

If you see the following under Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Privacy, click on the Advanced button...

Then make sure there is NO check mark next to "Override automatic cookie handling" and click OK...

...Then close Internet Explorer and re-open so that the new settings take affect.

Make sure your Privacy Settings are on Medium:

Internet Explorer-->Tools-->Internet Options-->Privacy

Then close Internet Explorer and re-open so that the new settings take affect.

Under Internet Options-->Tools-->Security, make sure the setting is Medium-High or lower

Then close Internet Explorer and re-open so that the new settings take affect.

Clearing your browser's cache

You may need to clear out your browser's cache and cookies, please see

Check to see if your credentials are OK

We use the same credentials as TUMail. Please try logging into TUmail at:

https://tumail.temple.edu/
