Appointments

SAME DAY or Urgent Appointments:
If you feel that you are in need of urgent care, there are three ways to make an appointment:

  1. Check appointment availability at My Online Student Health.

  2. You can call Student Health Services to schedule an appointment.  It is your responsibility, however, to clearly communicate the urgent nature of your problem.  You are not guaranteed to receive an appointment when you call.  A limited number of Urgent Same Day appointments will be given out over the phone.  The best time to call about problems of an urgent nature is between 8:30 to 9:30 am.

  3. WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS: You can walk in to the Student Health Center and be evaluated by a nurse.  Walk-in patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis.  After the evaluation, the Nurse will determine whether an appointment with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner is appropriate.  There are a limited number of appointments available each day. PLEASE NOTE: WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS END AT 4:00PM.

FOR EACH VISIT YOU WILL NEED:

  • To Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

  • To show us your current Temple ID card before we can serve you.

  • Notify front desk staff of any changes in your address, telephone number, or insurance information.

  • If you have insurance, please bring your card with you.

  • NOTE:
    Correspondence is sent to your first mailing address in Banner.  If you want correspondence to go to another address, please make the change in Self-Service Banner.
