Appointments

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Online Appointments:

  • Logon to My Online Student Health with your accessnet username and password (these are the same credentials you use to log into your Temple Email account).  You must be registered for the current semester in order to access this system.

  • Choose New Appointment, then choose the date or range of dates (advanced search) that suites your availability.

  • Choose a Clinic at the Campus where you want to go (i.e. Main Campus)

  • You may choose a Provider or use the All options to access a greater number of appointments.

  • Choose a reason for yor appointment (i.e. ankle pain, cold or flu symptoms, fever), then click Search Please note: NOT all types of appointments are available online.  If you do not see a reason that is appropriate for your condition, please call (215)204-7500.

  • NOTE: If you schedule an appointment that is not appropriate to your condition, your appointment will be rescheduled.

  • Choose the appointment time and date that best meets your needs.

  • You will see a confirmation on the screen as well as receive a Confirmation E-Mail.

FOR EACH VISIT YOU WILL NEED:

  • To Arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time.

  • To show us your current Temple ID card before we can serve you.

  • Notify front desk staff of any changes in your address, telephone number, or insurance information.

  • If you have insurance, please bring your card with you.

  • NOTE:
    Correspondence is sent to your first mailing address in Banner.  If you want correspondence to go to another address, please make the change in Self-Service Banner.
