Future or Routine appointments can be made over the phone by calling Student Health Services.
Examples of Future or Routine appointments include:
- Birth Control starts and refills
- TB testing & Immunizations (Flu Shot, Hepatitis B; Meningitis, MMR etc.)
- Medication refills
- Physicals (driver’s license, work, teacher certification)
- Routine Gynecological Exams (Pap test, STD screening)
- Follow-Up Appointments (unless otherwise indicated by the Physician)
- Nutrition Consults
If you feel that you are in need of urgent care, there are two ways to make an appointment:
- You can call Student Health Services to schedule an appointment. It is your responsibility, however, to clearly communicate the urgent nature of your problem. You are not guaranteed to receive an appointment when you call. A limited number of Urgent Same Day appointments will be given out over the phone. The best time to call about problems of an urgent nature is between 8:30 to 9:30 am.
- You can walk in to the Student Health Center and be evaluated by a nurse. Walk-in patients are seen on a first come, first serve basis. After the evaluation, the Nurse will determine whether an appointment with a Physician or a Nurse Practitioner is appropriate. There are a limited number of appointments available each day.
Please call (215) 204-7500 to schedule an appointment at Main Campus. For other campus phone numbers, please click the branch location where you would like to make your appointment:
