Housing Accomodations and Meals
Winter/Spring Orientation (January): Students attending orientation in January will NOT receive housing accommodations during orientation. Students who have reserved on-campus housing for Spring semester can move into their assigned residence hall room the day before orientation. Students who are commuting or living off campus for Spring semester are expected to commute to the orientation program.
Summer/Fall Orientation (June, July, August): Students attending overnight Orientation Sessions will be housed in Johnson and Hardwick Residence Halls. Due to the short amount of time student's will spend in the Residence Hall during orientation sessions we do not accept roommate requests.
Due to security measures parents, family members, and friends are not permitted into the Residence Halls during orientation sessions. Please visit the Resources page for hotel information.
If you require accommodations in the Residence Hall please click here and follow the steps to request your accommodation.
