Getting Your Owl Card:

  • Freshmen

    Please submit a photo at least 7 days prior to your orientation session. Freshmen who do not submit a photo 7 days prior to orientation, may not receive their OWL Card during Orientation, and may have to wait until they arrive for the Fall semester.

  • Transfers

    Please submit a photo online at least 7 days prior to your Academic Advising session. Transfers who submit a photo online, or who need a photo taken, can obtain their OWL Card before or after their Academic Advising session by going to the Diamond Dollars Office located at 1910 Liacouras Walk, 2nd floor. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
