As part of the Student Leadership Challenge, students can participate in pre-determined events on campus, earning Leadership Diamond Points by attending one of our partnered events hosted by Student Activities or the University Career Center. The events are selected prior to the start of the semester and posted on the events calendar.
Student leaders can earn Diamond Points for their participation in STARS programs. The Student Training and Rewards System (STARS) is designed to challenge Temple University student organization members through increased opportunities for professional and organizational development. In order to advance through STARS, organization members will participate in activities that are designed to help them learn, grow, and achieve success. University Career Center
The Career Center and Office of Leadership Development recognize that Temple students' leadership development and professional development go hand-in-hand. Therefore, any student that participates in a Career Center professional development workshop or event will receive 5 Leadership Diamond Points per experience as part of the Student Leadership Challenge.
