Jim Kouzes and LeaderShape Vision Showcase

Award-winning and bestselling author, Jim Kouzes, has been investigating the practices of exemplary leadership for over twenty-five years. His, and coauthor Barry Posner's, extensive research has produced solid evidence, compelling case studies, and enduring insights on how exemplary leaders consistently get extraordinary things done in organizations. In his keynote on October 28, 2008 Jim presented some of the enduring truths and sustainable lessons uncovered his and Barry’s research.   Following his address he was available for a book signing and eleven of our LeaderShape graduates participated in a LeaderShape Vision Showcase to share their deep passions and visions for a future in a "world of possibility."

What we hoped you Learned:
