Exploring Leadership Speaker Series - Spring 2013

The Exploring Leadership Speaker Series features area leaders who truly live out the practices of exemplary leadership and offer inspiring leadership insights to our Temple community. The Office of Leadership Development partners with Dr. Tracey Weiss’ Strategic Communication 1112 course on the once-per-month series. Local communications speakers are brought into the classroom of 125-150 students to discuss a trend, topic, or experience pertaining to communications and leadership. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 10-15 minute Q & A.

cultural Leadership Speaker Series - Spring 2013

The Cultural Leadership Speaker Series serves as a platform to increase the knowledge of leadership development within a cultural perspective lens. The Office of Leadership Development partners with University departments, organizations and community members to create programming designed to increase the cultural connection and experiences of the student body. The Cultural Leadership Speaker Series events will correspond with national recognition of the cultural areas, and strive for inclusivity of all racial and ethnic backgrounds. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 10-15 minute Q & A.

Thursday, March 28, 2013 from 6-7pm in the Student Center - Jane Golden, Executive Director, Philadelphia Mural Arts Program.
