The Office of Leadership Development offers students on campus opportunities to attend and present at professional conferences.

During the Fall semester, Temple University students are invited to explore their leadership style at the Self-Awareness Conference. The forum is free for Temple University students. Registration is required for all attendees, and breakfast and lunch are provided.

In the Spring, the Office of Leadership Development opens the doors of the Howard Gittis Student Center to higher education professionals and students in the greater Philadelphia region for the Inclusive Leadership Conference. The cost is minimal and largely subsidized by the leadership department, University Housing and Residential Life, and Campus Philly.
