Louis A. Valletta passed away at age 46 from a heart ailment on September 25, 2009. Louis graduated from Temple University’s School of Business and Management in 1985 and received his MBA from Philadelphia University in 1994. Louis had several passions in his life - on the personal side his family and Faith in God were always his number one priority, but Lou was also a very competitive individual. Sports were a passion when he was younger and later in life it became business, where he was a respected technology leader for some of the largest companies in the world. Lou was also a professor, helping to shape the minds of thousands of students in his beloved hometown city of Philadelphia. Additionally, Lou had an intense zeal for education and networking, and tonight’s award brings those passions together – Education and networking in a professional atmosphere. Good luck and have “Faith in Networking”!
