Our leadership workshops are held on various topics, including team building, communication, setting a mission and vision, and transitional leadership and are tailored to fit your specific student organization’s  needs. They are co-led by trained Diamond Leader facilitators and aim to enhance the effectiveness of your organization and leadership potential of members.

These workshops are a great way build not only leadership but increase communication skills and teambuilding within your organization.  We look forward to spending time getting to know your organization's specific needs and working individually with your members to make sure that we are fulfilling all of your needs and creating specific workshops which are most beneficial to your organization. We have created workshops for the Leadership Living Learning Community, Owl Team Leaders, Student Organizations, and Fraternities and Sororities. Fill out the form below so we can begin crafting a workshop for your organization.

To request a leadership program for your group, please follow these steps:

  1. Please submit this request at least three weeks prior to your desired workshop date.
  2. Please list all dates for which your organization is available for the workshop to be presented. NOTE: The organization is responsible for booking an appropriate space for the workshop.
  3. You will be contacted by a member of the Office of Leadership Development to finalize the date, time and logistics of the workshop.
