Developmental Programming Lead Team

As distinguished student leaders, Diamond Leaders actively participate in one Lead Team throughout the year to use their talents to empower the Temple and Philadelphia communities.

The goal of the Developmental Programming Lead Team is to host educational and social events, to develop cohesive internal communication and a stronger sense of community within the Diamond Leader program.

They strengthen community within the Diamond Leaders by hosting frequent and accessible events planned according to the needs, interests, and resources of the Diamond Leaders.

Cohesive internal communication will be achieved using social media (Twitter & Facebook) and the Diamond Leader Newsletter.

These Diamond Leaders plan and facilitate the Leadership Movie Nights at the Reel for the general student body. Fun events include potluck dinners, meet-ups, end-of-the-semester parties.
