![]() Leadershape institutesThe LeaderShape Institute is an intensive, energizing, and unique six-day experience that involves self-discovery and learning from practical experiences that build leadership capacities. It is intense fun in a relaxed learning environment. Through this experience Temple students begin to see that leadership is a process – one that LeaderShape defines as a commitment to leading with integrity that results in extraordinary change by living in a state of possibility. LeaderShape participants spend the week in both small group and large group settings and are stretched and challenged throughout six days together. Participants' primary group is a “family cluster” that they spend significant time with throughout the week. The curriculum incorporates current leadership issues and focuses on “take-home application” through a comprehensive and powerful LeaderShape vision-creation project. This helps students understand how to "lead with integrity." Taking place at the end of the academic year, LeaderShape is highly interactive and energizing leadership enhancement program that provides participants with the tools necessary to become a visionary leader. There is NO COST to attend if selected by the committee. Saturday, May 18 through Thursday, May 23, 2012applications will be available in January. selection notification begins in marchMore Questions?Contact Lauren Bullock in the Office of Leadership Development at Lauren.Bullock@temple.edu or (215) 204-7145.
