So you're a Diamond Leader, but are you making a difference? This NEW seminar series will help Diamond Leaders take what they know about leadership and turning conviction into action at the next level. Throughout the seminar series during the Spring 2011 semester we will use the highly-regarded Social Change Model of Leadership as a new theoretical approach to understanding the leadership process. Diamond Leaders will learn the importance and application of individual, group, and societal values, and the way in which they interact with one another to promote positive social in our daily lives.

Meeting weekly for seven weeks, these interactive and fun sessions will challenge and support you amongst other Diamond Leaders to continue to learn, grow, and lead a life of integrity and greater purpose.
