Signature Programs

Inducted Diamond Leaders participate in a variety of programs, and must meet minimum requirements to ensure active engagement.

DIAMOND LEADERs programs include:

Participate in one-day conferences such as CATALYST
- CATALYST occurs on Saturday, September 26th from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Student Center Underground

- NOTE: Any current Diamond Leader may participate, but registration is limited to 70 Diamond Leaders - with the first 70 registered able to go and the remaining on a wait list.
Apply to participate in an intensive leadership institute such as The LeaderShape Institute (beginning again May 2011)
Participate in tailored career development workshops
Attend networking events
Apply for seed grants to help realize leadership visions
Serve as a Leadership Living Learning Community mentor (mentor a LLLC resident)
Facilitate Student Leadership Challenge programs (such as one-day student leadership conferences and our Emerging Leaders Seminar program)
Become certified to create and facilitate leadership skills workshops to student organization members
