Signature Opportunities

In addition to tailored leadership development programs created and facilitated exclusively for Diamond Leaders, this select group of students will also receive unique privileges such as Diamond Leader business cards to pass out at networking events, the ability to meet in an intimate setting with the leadership speakers during our Exploring Leadership Speaker Series, opportunities to serve on university committees and focus groups as needed, and one-on-one mentoring with the program director.

Two additional opportunities for Diamond Leaders are in partnership with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Diamond Leaders & PricewaterhouseCoopers Service Trip:

This is an opportunity for Diamond Leaders to participate in a community service event in partnership with PwC. This event will begin with a breakfast orientation session where students will be paired with PwC professionals and given their responsibilities. The students and PwC professionals will spend 2-3 hours performing community service and re-group for a de-briefing session. The de-briefing session will include a brief presentation on the importance of community involvement and leadership development. Students will be provided with the contact information of the PwC professionals that they were paired with and encouraged to stay in contact through the academic year.

Diamond Leaders Visit PricewaterhouseCoopers Office:

The program will include a tour of the PwC Philadelphia office at 20th and Market, presentations by professionals from a variety of positions, and fun activities to introduce them to the PwC brand. Presenters will explain the lines of services ("What we do"), their career path ("How we got there"), and the variety of opportunities to become involved with PwC ("How can I get there"); whether through the Leadership Adventure, a summer/winter internship, or a full-time position. This opportunity is available to 20 pre-registered Diamond Leaders. The date of this event is TBD.
