FAculty Partnerships
The Office of Leadership Development understands that one’s education and development is most transformational when in and out of classroom learning is intricately and seamlessly linked.
Therefore, we aim to build connections amongst the various Schools and Colleges that offer existing leadership-related courses.
To do this, we aim to strengthen ties to faculty and market the office’s many leadership programs that complement and enhance academic courses. We believe that these partnerships will help the university as a whole provide more engaged and seamless learning about leadership in diverse contexts.
If you are a Temple University faculty member, please contact Liz Housholder, Program Director for Leadership Development, regarding ways our office can support your academic course curriculum. Ideas include offering attendance to one of our leadership events (such as a one-day student leadership conference) as an alternative assignment and/or offering extra credit to attend an evening leadership speaker or career development event.
