The Office of Leadership Development works to provide leadership opportunities in all facets of a student’s time at Temple University. Therefore, partnerships with various organizations and offices on and off campus are crucial to the success of our programs and students’ learning and development. The Career Center and Office of Leadership Development recognize that Temple students' leadership and professional development go hand-in-hand. Therefore, any student that participates in Career Center professional development workshops or events will receive 5 Leadership Diamond Points per experience as part of the Student Leadership Challenge.
We also partner with the Career Center for our Leadership Lunch & Learn series, which allows students the opportunity to meet community leaders over a free catered lunch.
In partnership with Student Activities, STARS workshops are held on various leadership-related topics through its STARS program for Temple student organization members. University Housing and Residential Life
In partnership with University Housing and Residential Life, the Office of Leadership Development co-sponsors the annual Inclusive Leadership Conference. The Office also supports the Leadership Living Learning Community in the 1940 Residence Hall.

Diamond Leaders partnered with Temple University's Office of Sustainability to hold workshops for Temple students about how to make envirnomentally-friendly choices every day.
Temple Faculty, Schools and Colleges
In conjunction with our Academic Connections initiative, the office works to build lasting partnerships with Temple faculty, schools, and colleges that offer courses and content related to leadership. We also welcome faculty to serve as presenters or facilitators for our Student Leadership Challenge programs.
