Welcome
The Office of Leadership Development fosters leadership education, leadership training, and leadership development to equip young adults to be thoughtful and inspiring leaders both on and off campus and prepare them for effective citizenship throughout their lifetime. By utilizing the many resources of the Temple University community, the office addresses the diverse and dynamic needs of Temple University students and guides them to foster collaborative relationships, set positive examples, and lead the way in cultivating new generations of leaders.
Our goal is for Temple to serve as a destination for leadership development in an urban setting and provide seamless curricular and co-curricular transformative educational experiences that foster engaged learning and promote the holistic development of emerging and seasoned student leaders. Given this, there are three main initiatives that underpin the work of the office:
