Peer Mentors
Peer Mentors, like Resident Assistants, are upper-class students who work to create a positive environment. They foster a sense of community by providing help and assistance, and working with students and staff to ensure the best possible conditions within the residence facilities.
Peer Mentors work with their assigned residential life staff team to do the following:
• Assist students in meeting their academic
goals
• Develop and maintain helping relationships
with students on their floor
• Take an active role in programming
