A four-story, low-rise residence hall, ELMIRA JEFFRIES, houses 140 Upperclass and Transfer students and is located within walking distance of Temple’s Main Campus at the corner of Jefferson and 15th Streets. Offering apartment-style accommodations, this facility offers students a close community of Temple students and the benefits of independence that apartment-style living provides.

 

  • Two different apartment configurations exist: One-Bedroom (Two-Person), and Two-Bedroom (Four-Person), each with their own private Living/Dining Room, a Bathroom for each bedroom, and Kitchen.  Meal plans optional; not required.  Click on below for room layouts:

  • All apartments in Elmira Jeffries are air-conditioned.

  • All floors in Elmira Jeffries are coed; however, apartments are single sex.

  • Social and Study Lounges are located throughout the building.

  • Convenient laundry facilities are located on every floor.

  • A limited number of parking spaces are available for at an additional fee to Elmira Jeffries residents.

  • A Fitness Room is conveniently located on the lower level.

  • There is 24-Hour Security coverage at the building’s entrance.
