• Floors 4 & 5 offer Upperclass and Transfer students four different apartment configurations: One- and Two-Person Studio Apartments, One-Bedroom (Two-Person) and Two-Bedroom (Four-Person) Apartments.  Meal plans optional; not required.  Click on below for room layouts:

• All floors are coed; however, suites and apartments are single sex.

• The Living-Learning Community for University Honors Freshmen and Sophomores is located in "1300". 

• "1300" features a Fitness Room, Computer Lab, a TV Lounge, and a fireplace in the main lobby.

• All rooms in "1300" are air-conditioned.

• A computer port for each student in every room.

• A Convenience Store and Grill are located on the lower level of this facility. 

• Convenient laundry facilities located on every floor.

• All rooms have a Card Reader Access System on all residential doors. 

• There is 24-hour Security coverage at the building’s entrance.

• "1300" Floor Lounges will be temporarily overbooked with Freshmen wait-listed for Main Campus housing.
