Customer Service is an extremely important issue to our department and we take your feedback seriously in an attempt to improve our future interactions with students and their families.

We understand that at times matters pertaining to our students' residential experience may require special attention. Please note however that regular process related issues within our department such as housing selection matters, judicial affairs, routine maintenance issues, etc. may not fit into this category.
