Elmira Jefferies houses approximately 140 students in two and four person apartments. Located at 15th and Oxford, Elmira Jefferies offers social lounges, a pool table and limited parking by paid permit for residents. EJ tends to be an upperclassmen, quieter building for students who prefer to study in their apartments.
