Bio: Originally from Brooklyn, New York, attended Penn State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in English. Prior to working at Temple University, she received a Master of Education in Health & Physical Education at East Stroudsburg University and taught grades K-12 in the Pocono Mountain School District. Her primary passion is student development, through authenticity and spirituality in higher education.

About This Residence Hall:

1300 Residence Hall houses approximately 1050 students in a 5 story building. 1300’s first three floors are suite-style for freshmen, while floors 4 and 5 are apartment style accommodations for upperclassmen. 1300 houses our Honors Program LLC, and offers a game room, study lounges, a TV lounge, computer stations with printing, and a classroom. 1300 also has a convenience store for residents opened 4pm-12pm.

Opened in the fall of 2001, “1300” North and South accommodates up to 1044 newly admitted, returning, and transfer Main Campus students in suites located on the first three floors and in apartments located on the top two floors of the complex."1300" is also home to the Honor's Living Learning Community. Residents of “1300” enjoy a late night snack facility, TV lounge, a game room, and many study and social areas.
