Fall 2013 Room Decorating Contest Details
Participating is easy! Register by logging onto Housing on Demand and clicking on the Room Decoration Contest Application. If your room is chosen, you will receive a $1,000 gift certificate for Diamond Dollars to be used at several locations around campus.
DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY, August 30, 2013.
What you'll need to do after registering for the contest
- You and your roommates should discuss how you want to decorate your room! Think about themes and incorporating Philadelphia, Temple, Athletics, Residential Life, and something that represents you.
- Be ready to take great pictures of your room to post on our Facebook FanPage. There will be a dedicated section of "approved room folders" that visitors to our FanPage will be encouraged to LIKE that will affect your status in the contest. The best part is we want you to recruit fellow students, friends, and family members to LIKE your photos on our FanPage.
- Finally, you and your roommates (if selected as one of the finalists) must be available on Thursday, September 12 or Friday, September 13, 2013 for a photography shoot to assist us in determining the best room.
