Philadelphia Licenses and Inspections Department

City government entity responsible for administering and enforcing the City's code requirements for the enhancement of public safety, including building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire, property maintenance, business, and zoning regulations. You can also file a landlord complaint through them.
