Hand trucks
Because of the limited availability, we strongly suggest you consider renting or purchasing a hand truck to move your belongings during the move-in process. This will help you move quickly through your scheduled move-in date and time.

Most chain home improvement stores, such as Home Depot and Lowe's, carry suitable equipment at a reasonable cost.

Bus Service for Students residing at Ambler Campus

Bed dimensions for purchase of linens
The University has two standard-sized bed in its residence halls: 36" by 75" or
36" by 80" (for people over 6ft). Rooms will have the standard 36" by 75" beds unless requested through our Maintenance Operations department prior to move in.
Only students over 6 ft. tall will be granted approval for larger beds.

Refrigerator Rental for the Academic Year
The University has partnered with Campus Specialties, Inc. and MicroFridge to offer a refrigerator and microwave combination unit for our students interested in such units for their rooms. Please note that students are not permitted to bring their own microwaves unless they are ordered through this company. Students will still be permitted to bring their own refrigerators if they choose for the Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 semesters.
