Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarship

The Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation funds scholarships for students with a disability. The Charlotte W. Newcombe Foundation supports the following to assist students with a disability in the completion of their degrees:

  • Assistive technology
  • Cost of tuition
  • Tutoring support
  • Expenses related to internships
  • Other disability-related expenses

Joshua A. Winheld/ Charlotte
W. Newcombe Scholarship

The Joshua A. Winheld/Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarship was established to assist students with a disability that significantly impacts mobility and who face substantial financial barriers in pursuing their education. The Joshua A. Winheld/Charlotte W. Newcombe Scholarship assists students with tuition, academic expenses, and disability-related expenses.

Scholarship Applications

Applications for both the Charlotte W. Newcombe and Joshua A. Winheld/Charlotte W. Newcombe scholarships are due by 5:00 pm, in 100 Ritter Annex, on the third Wednesday of the month. We accept applications for the scholarship September – November and January – April (pending availability of funds). Please read all eligibility criteria on the applications before forwarding your information to DRS.
