Authentic Happiness is the homepage of Dr. Martin Seligman, Director of the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania and founder of positive psychology, a branch of psychology which focuses on the empirical study of such things as positive emotions, strengths-based character, and healthy institutions.
This site focuses on taking action to achieve happiness. Includes 12 steps (with examples) to become a happier person, 10 keys to happier living, and a PDF file that can be printed and filled out.
Users can create a private and personal gratitude journal online to help people see and reflect on things they are grateful for and to help change their perspective in life.
