Andrea Caporale Seiss, Associate Dean of Students
Andrea Caporale Seiss joined Temple University in November 2000. As the Associate Dean of Students, Andrea oversees student conduct and the maintenance of community standards with an emphasis on ethical decision making. Andrea serves as the Code Administrator for Temple University.
Andrea received her bachelor’s degree in Justice System Services from Temple University and earned her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College.
Prior to joining the Division of Student Affairs, Andrea worked as a Child Advocate Social Worker with the Public Defender’s Office in Philadelphia. Andrea’s previous experience at Temple University includes orientation and leadership development.
