Welcome!
Welcome to Temple University's Division of Student Affairs website! As the Vice President for Student Affairs, it is my obligation to ensure that the resources which are required to support students' endeavors are available and operating effectively. This website offers information about the various departments within Student Affairs, as well as provides a sense of what Student Affairs is about and how we operate. While you surf through these pages, keep in mind that we are here as a resource for the Temple community, and we invite you to contact us if you have any questions. You will also find current information here, such as what's happening in the Division and when these events are taking place. There's always something going on, so please check back often. If you are an alumni member, welcome back and see how we have changed! If you are a student, this website is a resource that can assist you in becoming a successful, contributing member of the Temple University Community. If you are considering attending Temple, please take the time to carefully examine our various components, as Student Affairs is the beating heart of student life on campus. I encourage you to take full advantage of all we have to offer.
Best wishes and thanks for visiting!
Sincerely,
Theresa A. Powell, Ph.D.
Vice President for Student Affairs

Professional Values Awards
The first annual Temple University Student Affairs Professional Values Awards will be announced this year at our division’s end-of-year celebration (date TBA). As a member of our division, we ask you to nominate your fellow staff members who have demonstrated the values we have determined to be most critical this year with regards to our vision and strategic plan.
Based on nominations from the divisional staff, a selected panel of staff, administrators, and student leaders will select a recipient for each of five awards, one for each value outlined in the Division of Student Affairs Strategic Plan, and we will announce and honor the recipients at our end-of-the-year celebration.
The nomination form will be available online March 6th. Forms can either be submitted online or in an envelope delivered to the Vice President's Office by April 3, 2009. Click on the logo below to access the application online or print the pdf version and deliver it in person.
