GENERAL INFORMATION

As a unit within the Office of Campus Development and Capital Planning, the department of Space Management oversees and coordinates all space management activities of the University, and develops and recommends policies and procedures to provide for centralized inventory, control, and programming of all university space.

Per Space Management Policy No. 04.34.11, Space Management is responsible for the efficient and effective allocation of all University space for all campuses, including classrooms, academic and administrative offices, laboratories and auxiliary function spaces. Policies and request forms, as well as procedures for initiation and review of requests, may be found on this website.
